Anti-Discrimination Laws
Laws that make it illegal to act in a prejudiced way against certain people in the workforce due to their race, age, sex, or body type. Some states have anti-discrimination laws that also make it illegal to discriminate against people due to their sexual orientation or gender identity. Some states do not.
