No, it doesn�t. A bisexual person can be attracted to both a guy and a girl, but not EVERY guy and girl.
Heterosexual person choose partners based on looks, personality, values and a whole bunch of other factors. The same�s true with bisexual people. It just doesn�t matter as much to a bisexual person whether their partner is female or male. It also doesn�t mean that a bisexual person has to have two partners at the same time, one male and one female.
