When people talk about those groups at school for gay people, they call them �gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender alliances.� What does �transgender� mean?   �Trans-� (as part of any word) means �across� or �beyond.� So, generally speaking, people who are transgender have a gender identity that crosses society�s concepts of what it means to be male or female.

		Guys, how do you feel about getting a sexual health checkup?   Completely OK! I know how important it is. Somewhat OK. I know it�s important, but I�m reluctant to go. Not OK at all! I never want to see a doctor about my sexual health. I don�t know.

Your first time should be special. It should be with someone you trust and feel comfortable with. Condoms, to me, are a must. They protect you from pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections.
