Will a doctor be able to tell if I've had sex, and will she tell my mom? I�m 16.   No one can look at a girl and tell for sure that she�s had intercourse. A doctor might be able to look at a girl�s vagina and see if she has a hymen or not. But there's no way a doctor can know what caused the hymen to tear or stretch.
